What Will You Do?

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities along with existing opportunities within the oil and gas industry. This role requires a strong understanding of the oil and gas market, excellent sales and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and projects within the oil and gas industry.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to secure new & existing business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards goals.  
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and developments.
  • Vendor registration, channelising the opportunities
  • Developing technical solutions together with BU / Solutions Manager

Your Experience Should Be...

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong understanding of the oil and gas market and its key players.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office .
