The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success of our Howden Axial Fans business unit, based in Denmark. This is a high-impact position that offers the chance to take full ownership of the P&L and balance sheet, while supporting strategic decision-making across projects and reporting cycles.

You’ll also collaborate with project controllers to drive performance across ongoing projects and contribute to financial planning and analysis that informs key business decisions.

This is an exciting time to join Howden as we prepare for our acquisition by Baker Hughes in 2026—a period of transformation and opportunity. Based in Renfrew, you’ll also travel to Denmark (approximately 10%) to build strong relationships and ensure seamless integration of financial reporting across borders.

If you’re a qualified accountant ready to step into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
