Exciting Opportunity for a Product Sales Manager
Are you passionate about building strong customer and partner relationships? Do you excel at identifying customer needs and delivering value-driven solutions?
In this role, you'll lead our sales strategy, driving the growth of our sales funnel and pipeline from lead generation to order intake across various commercial offerings. You'll also play a key role in implementing the Earthly Labs sales strategy in Europe, contributing to sustainable business growth and achieving market capture and revenue goals.

Founded in 2016, Earthly Labs aims to capture and prevent 1 billion metric tons of CO2 from small-scale emission sources. Our solution encompasses hardware, software, installation, and condition monitoring, and has seen success in industries like brewing, winemaking, distilling, and other industrial applications. Acquired by Chart Industries Inc. in 2021, we've continued to expand our market reach and geographic presence.

This new role in the Chart Europe region will oversee strategic commercial activities for Earthly Labs in Europe. You’ll manage the sales funnel and pipeline for the European market, lead key sales campaigns, and help establish our brand in the region.
What will you do?
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, identifying value and creating opportunities for equipment orders.
- Drive the growth of the sales funnel and pipeline from lead generation to quotation and order intake for various commercial offerings.
- Implement the Earthly Labs sales strategy in Europe, aligning with our targets for market capture and revenue growth.
What do you bring?
- Experience in sales management and value selling, preferably in industrial hardware and carbon capture.
- Extensive knowledge of brewing and/or distilling processes and industry, ideally in the UK.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to proactively engage customers and external representatives regarding value propositions, opportunities, products, and services.
- Experience in project management in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to execute key metrics and collaborate effectively to solve problems.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
