The main purpose of the Programme Controller position is to assist the management and delivery of a portfolio of projects across Chart sites to support the Business globally.

What you will do
- Support project/programme processes within Technology.
- Support successful delivery and reporting of key strategic projects to support Business growth.
- Effective tracking of deliverables, benefits and costs as identified in Project business case and/or definition documents.
- Management of OneChart Project numbering & support of project set up in Smartsheet/Resource Management.
- Tracking & update of project resource loading across R&D Teams using Smartsheet/Resource Management software.
- Timesheet management across Technology.
- Administration of holiday sheets and tracker within Technology.
- Provide project and admin support for VP Howden Technology.
- Travel & Expenses Champion for Howden Technology.
- AX Procurement lead for Howden Technology Renfrew.
What do you bring?
An ideal candidate would likely have the following profile;
- Project management training/qualification or working towards qualification.
- Familiar with AX procurement systems & processes.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment and/ or Lean methodology
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Sets personal deliverables and works to high standards.
- Strives to maintain a sound knowledge of related processes, procedures and theory.
- Accurately captures, records and communicates information.
- Good communication skills at all levels, written and verbal.
- Advanced competency in MS Office, including Word, Excel & Power Point.
- Familiar with Smartsheet/Resource Management software.
