The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated student for a 3–5-month internship or graduate assignment to join our Product & Support team. Your main task will be to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our reciprocating compressors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarization: Get to know our product portfolio and shop floor operations.
• Planning: Develop a plan to document and photograph shop floor procedures.
• Compilation: Organize the gathered information into modules and present them to shop floor workers.

Deliverables:

• A comprehensive list of SOPs aligned with current process flows.
• Feedback on potential improvements and identification of major bottlenecks.

Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s education (HBO or WO).
• Quick learner with a keen interest in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Automotive, or Operations Management.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
• Fluency in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Availability to start as soon as possible or in February at the latest.
