What Will You Do?

  • Maintaining and improving the Quality Assurance system and processes internally in HTC (Rheden), including conformity of the management system to the relevant internation standards 
  • Contributing to defining, proposing and executing specific projects and initiatives to ensure and improve compliance and efficiency of the organization, under the supervision of the Quality Director 
  • Maintaining the conformity assessment documentation and gap analysis to the relevant Quality internation standards 
  • Active role in ensuring the QA system is in place and documented 
  • Performing, analysing and reporting on QHSE performance indicators (English). 
  • Monitoring of process deviations, analyses of such deviations and coordinate corrective actions 
  • Organizing and executing the internal audit program and development of internal auditors 
  • Coordinating and ensuring correct execution of audits by 3rd parties (external audits, customers) and ensuring implementation of the corrective actions 
  • Monitoring of the evolution and revision of the relevant international Quality standards 
  • Preparing and delivering awareness and operational trainings to the QA system for employees 

What do you need to bring?

Knowledge & experience 

  • Bachelor or Master degree with 5 to 8 years’ experience in a similar role; 
  • Strong knowledge and stay updated on International standards (of O&G industry) and ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 
  • Business process management 
  • Business process indicator deployment, monitoring and analysis 
  • Risk Management and Statistical Process Control knowledge and hands-on experience. 
  • Experience with QA systems processes for production activities 
  • Knowledge of engineering and industrial production processes 
  • Problem identification and solution methods: RCA, 8D, FMEA, Pareto analyses; 

 

Skills and personality 

  • Good communication skills, experience in communicating with various departments and directly with customers, suppliers and 3rd parties; 
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and related tools 
  • Continuous improvement / ability to implement improvement initiatives; 
  • English language skills, both verbal and in writing; 
  • A practical and pro-active personality with a team player and leader mentality, able to lead by influence  
  • Willingness to learn and develop with a continuous improvement mind-set; 
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction (external and external), Safety and Quality principles 
  • Constructive in challenging status quo and assumptions, assertive, well organized.
