We would like you to join our team as a dynamic and results driven Product focused AFM Inside Sales Engineer, you will become the vital link between our innovative technical solutions and our clients in the Korean End-User. Your ability to understand client needs, establish lasting relationships and convert opportunities into win-win sales scenarios, ensuring the continued success and growth of Chart, will be vital. As we continue to grow, this role will be primarily focused on Capex sales however will also focus on developing our wider Chart product portfolio.

What Will You Do?

  • Contribute to meet company goals (Bookings, Sales and cash collection) for AFM(Aftermarket) in Power, PCOG(Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Oils & Gas) and Industrials market.
  • Responsible to support the Country (AFM) manager to analyse market demand and competition situation based on the company sales plans and develop new sales opportunities to promote the company's overall business development, ensure sales targets reached
  • Responsible to ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer for commercial and technical enquiries
  • Responsible to support project execution of legacy brands of Howden and CPI

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

  • Main roll, inside activities for sales target as 
  • Handling RFQ, Quotation, PO, Order management, Controlling a sales data in internal system (CRM / ERP), Required documentation management, Reporting a project status, and so on..
  • Support HKR business to manage existing customer relationship
  • Support HKR business and technical advisors to develop new customers
  • Manage & support invoice, tax & customer’s interface
  • Cooperation with other teams as internal (inside) sales
  • Pro-active communication of AFM requirements and special campaigns
  • Follow-up open opportunities as required

Your Experience Should Be...

  • Bachelor of Mechanical engineering or Business
  • Under 3 years of experience in engineering products
  • Fluent English skills in writing and speaking (TOEIC Speaking IM or TOEIC 750 or Other equivalent)
  • Other language skills are plus factor
  • Knowledge of shipping and logistics
  • Familiarity with invoicing and banking is a plus factor
  • Good computer Skills (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good communication skills, and customer service skills
  • Good teamwork, organizing, and planning skills
  • Positive attitude (Can do / Willing to do)
  • Self-motivated, independent, proactive, and results-focused attitude
