What Will You Do?

• Coordinate with AFM inside sales and accounting to align with company’s sales/fiance processes and guidelines
• Company sales promotion activities with colleagues
• Preparation documents & reports
• Collaborate with all internal staff on shared administrative and account-related tasks
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned
• Assist Country manager & Team leaders
• Supporting for bid process with sales team members
• Supporting various and accounting-related administrative matters
• Overseeing office and general affairs administration
• Managing office supplies, organizing general administrative work, and helping maintain a clean and safe work environment

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

Your work location will be in Seoul.

Your Experience Should Be...

• Completed bachelor’s degree qualifications
• 1 - 2 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or similar role, preferably in the multinational company environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstration of ability to adapt to challenges and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Positive, self-motivated, independent, proactive, results-focused and can-do attitude and passion for working with people in a multinational environment
• Computer literacy including Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
