What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

Sales Proposals/Quotations

  • Liaise with customers/channel partners on the RFQs, and quotation requirements
  • Prepare quotations/proposals for assigned market/country and the necessary cost calculations ensuring compliance to company procedures and guidelines
  • Create and updating CRM systems on the status of the opportunities
  • Follow up with the quotations with aim of converting into bookings
  • Review of order receipt prior to pass over to Operations team

 

Sales and Funnel Management

  • In cooperation with both sales and channel partners, proactively manage the funnel of outstanding proposals and keep the status of the opportunities up to date in the CRM
  • Provide accurate monthly. quarterly booking forecast for Singapore market. 
  • Prompt and accurate response to the customer commercial and technical queries
  • Build and maintain relationship with customers and channel partners via active engagement
  • Assist to analyse market demands and competition landscape in Singapore
  • Responsible for sales and strategic development of Aftermarket business in Singapore
  • Responsible for achieving annual AFM booking target in Singapore

Your Education Should Be…

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar, additional qualification in business will be advantageous 

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

  • Office based and meeting local customers, when required

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

  • 5 years of relevant experience within the rotating equipment industry
  • Good communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and cultural assimilation skills
  • High degree of business acumen, self-motivation and initiative
  • Well versed in CRM software, Excel and other Microsoft programs
