Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)

Work experience in relevant field:  15 - 20 years’ Experience in any fabrication or manufacturing Industry

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

• Support Production department to achieve the target
• Plan & improve operational efficiency, Process optimization to improve process robustness
• Plan / Modify the existing layout for better productivity & Cost reduction activities.
• Cycle time & motion study, Implement Lean Manufacturing concept & Kanban system
• Support QA/QC for quality standards & documentation
• Implement 5S, Six Sigma, TPM & TQM
• Process enhancements
• New product development in line with customer specification
• Support new project planning, design guidance and project implementation
