Ensuring Chart’s Success…

Chart’s Production Coordinator position, at Beasley location, plays a key role in the manufacturing process of Chart’s products. This position will be responsible for 20 or more direct reports to help produce high quality manufactured products used all over the world.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

• Lead/direct hourly workforce
• Kronos
• Vacation tracking/granting
• Performance review/recommendations
• Training Checklists
• CCF's
• Direct labor actions as needed

Your Education Should Be…

High School Diploma or Equivalent 

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

• Indoor/Outdoor Environment
• Lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, walking and occasional crawling
• Frequent pushing, pulling and handling of material
• Occasional climbing and working at elevated positions

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

• Proficient knowledge of welding processes
• 3-5+ Years of managerial experience in a fast paced environment
•  Worked in ASME/API shop
• Computer Savvy - JDE, Kronos, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Process Improvement
