What Will You Do?

Main Purpose of Job 

1. Support finance team for daily transactions
2. Support financial reporting (audit, tax) 
3. Support management reporting (monthend closing)
4. Input data into local ERP, Onestream and update working files
5. Check expense claims for compliance and invoices against purchase orders
6. Upload payments in internet banking websites
7. Prepare journal vouchers
8. Prepare quarterly vat returns
9. Ad hoc tasks 

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

Your work location will be in Taiwan

Your Experience Should Be...

1. 1-2 years of experience in similar role
2. University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
3. Fluent in Chinese and English
4. Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint 
5. Strong interpersonal skills
6. Desire to get into the details and drive financial excellence
7. Excellent time management skills and deadline driven
