What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

  • Management of sales and growth
  • Customer Service/Customer facing
  • Prepares, reviews, and enters orders and quotations
  • Responds to general correspondence and maintains adequate records of correspondences sent and received 
  • Supplies information to sales representatives concerning customer activities
  • Purchasing
  • Coordinates and cooperates with other departments (i.e. Engineering, Accounting, Materials, etc.)
  • Responsible for the labeling and transactions of various products for shipment insuring the proper quantity of required parts
  • Prepares and issues materials to production
  • Maintain and control inventory at facility
  • Project Management of Materials for Field Service Installs
  • Field Service Coordination - Scheduling jobs and people 
  • Day to Day office Management of Service Center 

Your Education Should Be…

High school diploma or GED 

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

  • Mechanical skills 
  • Technical training or school preferred 
  • Epicor experience 
  • Must have strong computer skills including proficient Microsoft Office programs 
  • Familiarity with Google applications  
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role 
  • Ability to converse and handle tense situations with tact
