Ensuring Chart’s Success…
Compiles and maintains control records and related files used to document building code vessels in manufacturing, and outside suppliers. Create a final data book for the customer.
What Will You Do?
- Provides administrative support for the Quality Department through the reproduction, distribution, maintenance, and recordkeeping of quality documentation.
- Distributes drawings and related paperwork documentation to specified departments according to specific and unique needs of the various departments.
- Provides administrative support for Quality Department by filling out the U1A’s and completing final data books.
- Orders all supplies for Quality Department and Document Control when needed.
- Maintains filing system for active and inactive documentation and scheduling that has been issued through completion of product.
- Provides Quality support checking hydro test in Tube-Out and run test in Final Assembly

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…
- Manufacturing Plant Environment
- Lift up to 10 lbs.
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, repetitive motion, and other movement as necessary
- Manufacturing Plant – required PPE when necessary
- May be exposed to excessive or intermittent noise and dust. Equipment (machines, tools, devices) used in performing only the essential functions include manufacturing machines and equipment, hand tools, computer and related equipment, calculator, copier, and possibly a forklift or automobile.
- discomforts from exposure to moderate levels of heat and/or cold from working in the manufacturing facility.
Your Experience Should Be...
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos.
- Demonstrated ability to write correspondence effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and use the Company’s operating system software and other programs that are identified as being critical to the operation.
