Ensuring Chart’s Success…

The purpose of the HR Coordinator position is to perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of the human resources department.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of human resources forms or documents
  • Assist with new hire training, onboarding and benefits administration
  • Answer basic employee questions about human resources policies or offerings
  • Schedule interviews, orientations, or training sessions as needed by managers
  • Process employee status changes or benefits enrollments
  • Maintain employee records
  • Input HR-related data and compile standard reports for management review.
  • Handle basic issues and problems, and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Input new employee data information into the HR information system
  • Input terminations, job changes, etc. into the HR information system

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Clerical skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills with proficiency in other Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
  • Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
  • Experience in Kronos and ADP Payforce is a plus
  • Ability to meet deadlines

Your Education Should Be…

  • High School Diploma/ GED required
  • 2 year’s experience in related field

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

  • Must be able to remain sitting for prolonged periods of time.
  • Standing and filing
  • Must be able to do occasional lifting up to 35lbs as regular daily activities.
