Ensuring Chart’s Success…
Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems. Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports. Responsible for monitoring inventory and performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified to reflect reported inventory level
What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…
- Analyze, recommend and execute enhancements to inventory stocking strategies, fulfillment process flows and optimization opportunities
- May assign work and monitors productivity to ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, housekeeping, and safety
- Maintains a working knowledge and complies with all company policies and procedures
- Be responsible for all aspects of inventory including
- Understanding of system components’ effect on inventory quantity, average cost and general ledger
- Participate in monthly closing process by performing various duties, including preparing reports
- Manages Inventory Control on a daily basis, providing backup support as needed
- Coordinating daily physical inventories and follow up of discrepancies
- Works closely with operations staff and management to develop, fine-tune and document inventory control procedures
- Complete various projects as assigned by finance department
- Evaluate/identify/report excess and/or obsolete materials
- Properly prepares inventory and quality investigations and audits
- Maintaining the integrity of the facility through cycle counts and various audits
Your Education Should Be…
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

Your Professional Experience Should Be…
2-3 years manufacturing experience
ERP Experience, required
JDE Experience, a plus
