Ensuring Chart’s Success…

Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems. Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports. Responsible for monitoring inventory and performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified to reflect reported inventory level

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

  • Analyze, recommend and execute enhancements to inventory stocking strategies, fulfillment process flows and optimization opportunities
  • May assign work and monitors productivity to ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, housekeeping, and safety
  • Maintains a working knowledge and complies with all company policies and procedures
  • Be responsible for all aspects of inventory including
  • Understanding of system components’ effect on inventory quantity, average cost and general ledger
  • Participate in monthly closing process by performing various duties, including preparing reports
  • Manages Inventory Control on a daily basis, providing backup support as needed
  • Coordinating daily physical inventories and follow up of discrepancies
  • Works closely with operations staff and management to develop, fine-tune and document inventory control procedures
  • Complete various projects as assigned by finance department
  • Evaluate/identify/report excess and/or obsolete materials
  • Properly prepares inventory and quality investigations and audits
  • Maintaining the integrity of the facility through cycle counts and various audits

Your Education Should Be…

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Sitting, Standing, Walking, Lifting, Using Hands

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

2-3 years manufacturing experience

ERP Experience, required

JDE Experience, a plus
