What Will You Do?

Execute assigned routine maintenance schedule for existing installation base.

Execute assigned commissioning works for new delivery equipment.

Execute assigned turkey project to coordinate subcontractors, technical dept. and end users.

Demonstrate proficiency in service work and ensure that customers use genuine parts Support project team/sales team and, under certain circumstance, collect market information from the end user 

Ensure team who at site comply with site EHS and Howden/Chart EHS requirements 

Liaise and co-operate with company management with regards to the current health and safety legislation and obligations within the location and area where you performing your duties.

Able to report the equipment condition by picking up readings sufficiently and accurately.

Execute field service job in according to service manual and technical dept. instruction correctly. Instruct subcontractor to perfrom site works, and feedback daily report to technical dept. for analysis and earn endusers’ confidence for the project quality.

Execute maintenance, assemble, test bench work, assist QA/QC activity etc in workshop. 

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

Your work location is in Korea - Ulsan 

Your Experience Should Be...

Relevant technical background, ideally a Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics or related field).

- Field service skills including an understanding of mechanical service tools and electrical diagnosis instruments.

- Able to do basic Tungsten inert gas welding or shielded metal arc welding.

- Excellent communication and ability to teamwork. Experience in heavy industrial 

- Positive, can-do attitude

- Ability to write and converse in English, preferred

- Basic level of PC literacy (Outlook, MS Office – Excel/Word/PowerPoint)

- A safety mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team. 

- Willing and able to travel for up to 1 – 4 weeks at a time and often at very short notice
