What Will You Do?

1. Develop and implement workshop operation plans to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
2. Maintain availability and readiness of tools, equipment, and materials, including scheduling and coordinating preventive maintenance activities.
3. Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
4. Manage material receiving, storage, and issuance processes while ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
5. Ensure full compliance with EHS regulations and internal quality standards across all workshop and inventory activities.
6. Maintain a safety and organized work environment, proactively identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
7. Identify opportunities to reduce inventory-related costs and improve operational efficiency.
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
9. Prepare and maintain accurate reports on inventory status, material usage, and cost performance.
10. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping to support audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
11. Assist the Workshop Manager in performing QA/QC activities to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
12. Responsible for general administration for workshop.
13. Be proactive team member as part of the daily management process

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

Your work location is in Ulsan.

Your Experience Should Be...

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in engineering area as well as workshop & inventory control
• Must be able to speak/read/write English (Over 800 TOEIC preferred)
• Previous experience in the Heavy Industrial Manufacturing Industry
• Ability to work with people at various levels from shop floor to senior management
• Good team player
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Ability to work in a team or independently
• A positive attitude
• Sound judgement and initiative
• Results driven
• Inventory and warehouse operation knowledge.
• Basic level of PC literacy (Outlook, MS Office – Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in the Heavy Industrial Manufacturing Industry for Air & Gas handling Equipment knowledge of ISO and OHS standards
