What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

•    Responsible for the coordination of complex and multidiscipline engineering projects from design to implementation, ensuring on-time completion at an appropriate cost.
•    Specialist in area of technical expertise, evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to resolve related issues.
•    Plans, schedules, conducts, and/or coordinates all phases of the engineering work.
•    Serves as an expert resource for other engineers, appraises technological developments and investigates feasibility of new equipment and techniques.
•    Lead and train engineers, other professionals, and technicians.
 

Your Education Should Be…

•    Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or related engineering discipline.
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience working within an engineering environment managing technical projects.
 

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

  • General Office environment, standing, sitting, stooping, walking, etc as necessary
  • Computer skills and consistent work at desk
  • Manufacturing site requires PPE when on the shop floor, ie Steel Toe Boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

•    High competency w/ Microsoft Office Products: Word, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Access.
•    Analytical with a strong attention to detail.
•    Strong written and oral communication skills – an active listener with proven collaboration skills.
•    Accomplished multi-tasker able to prioritize large volume of activity.
