We are now looking for a Coordinator Field & Service Center to join our team and who will assist us in making a valuable difference in the century to come. We ensure that compressors continue to operate for years to come through maintenance plans, supply of OEM parts, service calls and equipment modifications to today's technology or changed operating conditions and repairs. The Coordinator Field & Service Center ensures the preparation of the Shop orders and Field projects so that they can be executed correctly and in a timely manner and in accordance with the customer requirements.
What needs to be done?
- Preparation and execution of various Shop orders and Field projects;
- Checking, choosing and ordering the required materials and equipment based on the scope of the project;
- Collect drawings, work instructions and part list;
- Translate the scope into a work order including QA/QC plan;
- Processing of work order in the planning, consulting the Field Supervisor about the planning, status and progress of current and new projects;
- Administrative preparation of the projects for the various Field projects including associated drawings, work instructions and other relevant information in relation to the Field project;
- Informing and providing all the information on the project to the various departments responsible for the execution of the project;
- Ensure the presence of the right spare parts on site;
- Follow-up on the execution of the project in regards to progress;
- Coordination with internal departments (f.e. Engineering) and third parties (customer, inspection, suppliers);
- Contribute to the safety and safety awareness, identify and report unsafe situations;
- Travel to customer site (10%).
What do you need to bring?
- Relevant Bachelor degree in Engineering or MBO with relevant working experience;
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an operational planner position or similar in a technical environment, preferably in a similar industry;
- Strong understanding of customer needs and strong customer focus;
- Fluent English language skills (written and verbal);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Diligent and trustworthy;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Flexible and results oriented;
- Problem solving skills.
