Think of electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, generators, steam turbines, turbochargers, reciprocating compressors and expanders. This can be done at the customer's site or in one of our branches.

As an Inside Sales Employee , you are the link between our customers and internal teams. You support the sales process from quotation to order processing and ensure smooth communication. You draw up quotations, follow up on orders, answer customer questions and work closely with colleagues from sales, planning and service. Thanks to your accuracy and customer-oriented approach, you contribute to optimal customer satisfaction and efficient internal operations.

What Will You Do?

Administrative preparation and follow-up

• You are responsible for the administrative preparation and follow-up of prospect and customer files.
• You closely follow existing procedures and ensure that all data is processed correctly and in a timely manner.
• You manage and monitor quotations and confirmations of order.
• When a step in the process gets stuck, you take the initiative to analyze and solve the problem.

Support from the Sales Team

• You will work closely with the front sales team and support them in drawing up quotations, order processing and customer communication.
• You ensure a smooth exchange of information between customers and internal departments.
• You monitor deadlines and ensure that agreements are adhered to.
• You will guide customers in identifying and modeling their needs and contribute to the development and implementation of appropriate solutions.

Process optimization

• You identify bottlenecks in the process and think along about improvements.
• You contribute to an efficient workflow and strong collaboration with colleagues.
• You deliver high-quality work, follow correct processes and strive for continuous improvement.

Reporting and analysis

• You can clearly explain how far projects have progressed and what still needs to be done.
• You will make functional analyses and develop functional designs to implement improvements in a structured way.

Your Education Should Be…

• You have a higher education degree or equivalent through experience.
• You are skilled with computer programs and can easily familiarize yourself with an ERP system.
• You have strong administrative skills and experience in a position where organization and customer contact are central.
• You are multilingual: English is necessary, a good level of French is an absolute added value.
• You communicate fluently with the front sales team and share relevant information about customers and prospects.

• You are empathetic and service-oriented, with an eye for both customer needs and business goals.
• You have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

• You work accurately and maintain an overview, even during busy periods. 
• You understand the importance of your role and the impact on colleagues, customers and the company
